Policy & Procedures

Just some Quick notes:

Please remember to adhere to drop off and pick up procedures.

School hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.

(Tardies and excessive absences are handled by TASC through Juvenile Court.)

STUDENTS MUST BE IN KIVAS BY 8:00 A.M. FRONT GATE WILL CLOSE AT 8:00 A.M.

Earliest a child can arrive on campus is 7:30 a.m.

Child care is offered from 7 a.m. to 7:30 in the morning and from 2:50 to 6 p.m. Please check Child Care page for more information.

Students arrive in the morning from THREE areas: 

Bus riders - main entrance from bus drop of area
● Walkers - main entrance from walker gate: Only Pre-K & Kindergarten parents can walk students
to the breeze way. Duty staff will bring students to the cafeteria or into the building; Parents are not
allowed to walk students into the building or cafeteria. 1st- 5th grade parents cannot walk students
to the breezeway unless they need to visit the front office. Only Self-Contained SPED parents can
walk students to the breezeway.
● Car riders - main entrance from car line. The CAR RIDER gate will close at 7:55. This will allow
time for students to get to class on time. Any time after 7:55, parents must park and bring students
to the front office to sign in. Parents cannot park in the FIRE LANE for drop off.
· 7:15- No Parking Cones will be placed in the fire lane
· 7:25- No Parking Cones picked up for school buses
· 8:00- No Parking Cones will be placed in the fire lane
Breakfast ends at 7:55. The cafeteria doors will close at 7:55. Late bus students will be provided breakfast.
RAINY DAY CAR RIDER ARRIVAL
Car rider drop off ends at 7:55. Staff will leave the area and report to class. Parents must park in the staff
parking lot and bring students to the front office to sign in. Parents cannot park in the FIRE LANE for drop
off.

All students must be in full school uniform. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All uniform shirts must bear the school logo. No plain blue uniform shirts are allowed. Please check uniform page for more information and consequences.

Students who are enrolled in Schneckenburger Elementary  will not need to apply for meal benefits since breakfast and lunch will be offered at no charge to all students.
