Parents must register for an OWL'S Car Rider Tag (Link coming soon)
● Parents who are picking up their child must purchase a CAR RIDER TAG for
$5.00. Additional tags can be purchased as needed. No money will be accepted
in the front office. School Cash Online payments only! Parents must purchase a
new car rider tag each year. Display the Car rider tag by hanging it from the
mirror.
● Parents can pick up their tags in the front office starting Monday, July 29-
August 6 from 7:30-2:30. Additional times will be provided in the future.
● Car riders will continue to arrive and be dismissed through the gate along Earnest
Avenue.
● Parents are to enter the car line from Lisa Avenue onto Earnest Avenue. Do not
enter from Amelie Street or Gelpi Street.
● Please do not park along Earnest Avenue and walk up to the car rider gate.
● The car rider gate will open at 7:30AM for arrival. Please do not allow your child to
exit the car until there is an adult on duty.
● Car riders must arrive on campus by 7:50AM for breakfast. At 8:00AM the car rider
gate will close, and students will need to be brought to the office to check in as
tardy.
● For afternoon dismissal, please display the CAR Rider Tag issued by the school.
● Students will be called by name, and duty personnel will help the children get into
their cars. Parents must stay in cars at all times.

● Students not picked up by 3:10PM will need to be picked up from the office and
parents must sign the late pick up log. These students will be sent to aftercare and
charged a fee.

● Your child’s bus driver will contact you before the first day of school. Make sure your
address and phone number are updated. All Pre-K and Kindergarten students must
have a completed release form prior to your child riding the bus.( See secretary)
● Students utilizing buses will be dropped off and picked up in the driveway.
● Students will be safely escorted to buses by staff members.

● Walkers will continue to arrive and be dismissed through the walker gate connected
to the Galatas gym parking lot.
● This gate is reserved for walkers only! Do not park in the parking lot or on Earnest
Avenue to drop off or pick up your child at this gate. Please utilize the car line if you
are dropping off or picking up in a car.
● Walkers must arrive on campus by 7:50AM for breakfast. After 8:00AM students
must be walked to the office to check in as tardy.
● PreK and Kindergarten walkers must have a parent at dismissal for pick up. After
3:10PM, students will need to be picked up from the office and parents must sign
the late pick up log.
